Returns?

If you are not satisfied with a Mutual Rytm product or an item does not fit, you can return it to us within 14 days without giving a reason. If you want to exchange an item, you can send it back and simply order a new one.

Please note that we can only accept items in their original condition and packaging. The item must show no signs of use.

To return an item, please use our returns form. You can download it here. If the return form is missing or incomplete, the return may not be processed. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend insured delivery with a tracking number. You can find more information about our return policy here. 

The amount will be refunded to your original payment method once your order has been received and verified. Please note that this process may take up to two weeks.

 

Shipping?

We ship worldwide. All orders are delivered by our logistics partner DHL. You can see the shipping costs here.

Orders are usually dispatched 2-3 working days after payment is received. In the first few days after the release of new records or collections, delivery times will be longer.

All orders are shipped chronologically: first come, first served.
